David G. Sanchez Elementary is located in La Feria, Texas is one of three neighborhood schools in La Feria ISD. The campus was built in 2006. The school was named after David Sanchez a graduate of La Feria High School in 1967. Mr. Sanchez was a lifelong educator with La Feria ISD and served the students of La Feria as a coach. Mr. Sanchez served our country in the United States Air Force where he worked on F-111 fighter jets.The campus educates 442 students in grades PreK3-fourth grade and has twenty-six teachers. Students participate in UIL, choir and chess.
